Group classes in North York

Every class runs at 107 Orfus Rd, in the Yorkdale-Glen Park area, a few minutes from Lawrence Heights and Downsview. Classes are 60 minutes and capped at 16 people, and the ten formats are grouped into three series so you can tell at a glance what a session will ask of you.

The three series

The Signature series is the strength and conditioning core of the timetable: IRON STRONG for heavier loading and lower reps, STAMINA+ for work capacity and sustained effort, POWERHAUS for compound lifting paired with explosive work, and CORE X, a lower-impact class built around breath, coordination and control. The Yoga series runs VINYASA, POWERFLOW HIIT, YOGA BEATS and VIN YIN, the last of which pairs active vinyasa with long-hold yin for release and recovery. The Specialty series is two focused classes: (RE)INTRO, for anyone returning to movement after an injury or a break or starting from scratch, and HYROX CODE, which is race-specific preparation.

Picking a first class

There is no wrong entry point, but as a rough guide (RE)INTRO and CORE X are the gentlest landing if it has been a while, VINYASA and VIN YIN if you want mobility and recovery, and IRON STRONG or POWERHAUS if you already lift. Your first class is free, so trying two or three formats before you settle on a plan costs very little. If pain rather than fitness is what is holding you back, book an assessment at the sports therapy clinic first and let a practitioner tell you what is sensible.

Booking and pricing

Classes are reserved and cancelled on bsport, in the calendar above. Drop-ins, class packs and memberships are all listed on the pricing page, and members can bring a friend for a free first class. For one to one or team work instead of a group session, see performance training.
